Courtroom Experience as a Prosecutor

Before founding our firm, attorney Szantho spent three years as a prosecutor with the First Judicial District Attorney’s Office, trying cases ranging from DWI to attempted murder across Santa Fe, Los Alamos, and Rio Arriba counties. That courtroom experience gave him a clear understanding of how cases are built and argued, knowledge he now puts to work for injury victims instead of the state.

Nearly Two Decades Leading His Own Firm

Attorney Szantho founded Szantho Law Firm, P.C. in 2007. Since then, he has represented hundreds of clients across car accident, truck accident, motorcycle accident, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases throughout Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and communities across New Mexico.
